| Vassar College, proud members of the Liberty League, invites applications for the position of Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a ten-month, non-tenure faculty position with full benefits.
Coaching duties include: oversee all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III program, including recruitment of qualified student-athletes, practice planning, player-development, budget management, fund-raising, etc. This position will include an additional responsibility (teaching and/or administrative, etc.) and may carry an administrative title dependent upon the ultimate candidate. Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and Physical Education. |

| Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) and successful college level coaching or playing experience are desired. Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA and Liberty League rules and regulations are required of the applicant. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities and an understanding of student-athletes’ commitment to academics are a must. A valid and unrestricted driver’s license is also required. | |
