Head Women’s Basketball Coach Job Description:
- RESPONSIBILITIES: A four-year fixed term appointment serving as Head Women’s Basketball Coach in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, including coaching, recruitment, program development, and public relations.
- In addition, the Head Coach will assist the athletic administration with scheduling, budget preparation, alumni relations, and other promotional activities related to basketball.
Head Women’s Basketball Coach Requirements:
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three (3) years basketball coaching experience. Commitment to a responsibility of adhering to all policies, rules and regulations of Minnesota State University, Mankato, the NCAA and NSIC.
- Ability to recruit, coach and teach highly talented student-athletes who can succeed in a challenging academic environment, as well as managing all facets of a successful basketball program.
