Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach Job Description:
East Stroudsburg University seeks an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach in the Athletics Department.
Responsibilities:
The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting and supporting the Head Women’sBasketball Coach in conducting the individual activities (recruiting, fund raising, scouting, summer camps, practice/game planning, etc.) of the Women’s Basketball program and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and/or the Director of Athletics.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree.
- Successful experience in coaching basketball as an assistant coach on the collegiate level or an equivalent combination and training that may include successful professional, high school or club coaching experience.
- A thorough knowledge of and commitment to compliance with the rules, regulations and policies of NCAA, PSAC, and other applicable affiliations is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree.
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred.

Annual salary:
- $32,500.
- Final selection will be based upon a successful interview and background check.
