Women’s Basketball Coach Job Descrition:
- The College of William and Mary, an NCAA Division I member of the Colonial Athletic Association, invites applications for the director of basketball operations in women’s basketball.
Responsibilities include assisting the coaching staff in all aspects of daily operations of the program including, but not limited to:
- film exchange,
- video editing,
- team travel,
- on campus recruiting,
- game promotions,
- database management and office administration.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to the academic success of student-athletes, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, strong computer and writing skills, and a knowledge of and commitment to all university, conference and NCAA regulations.
Previous women’s basketball coaching and playing experience is preferred.
