The Arcadia University Department of Athletics is accepting applications for the full-time position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of managing the program, including, but not limited to, practice plan development, recruiting, budget management, scheduling, and equipment purchases. Additional duties will be assigned as needed and may include event management, facility supervision and/or other responsibilities within the department.

Skills, Abilities & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred. CPR, AED and first aid certifications required but training can be provided after being hired. Intercollegiate playing experience preferred. Previous coaching and recruiting experience at collegiate or high-school level strongly preferred. Ability to physically demonstrate sport-specific skills required. Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel for both games and recruiting is expected. Basic computer competency required. Good communications skills required.
